What is the Middle Fork Greenway?

The Middle Fork Greenway is a multi-use recreational trail being developed to connect Blowing Rock to Boone, providing residents and visitors of all ages safe and healthy access to the natural world while protecting the environment and strengthening our local economy.  The Middle Fork Greenway is a Blue Ridge Conservancy project in partnership with High Country Pathways, Town of Blowing Rock, Town of Boone and Watauga County.  $4 million has been raised, one mile is complete, the next 2.2 miles are getting "shovel" construction ready, and the next 1.3 miles of the greenway is funded in Blowing Rock.

What is the Round Up? The Round Up will be the first-ever community wide fundraiser by High Country businesses supporting the Middle Fork Greenway

The Round Up will run throughout the entire month of July 2018

There are many ways businesses are participating: some will ask their customers to Round Up their purchase to the next dollar, give to a donation jar, visit our website and donate, give a percentage of their sales for the month, give a one time donation, the sky is the limit on how you can participate!

How do I sign my business up to participate?  contact Wendy at 828-264-2511 or email Wendy@BlueRidgeConservancy.org

GOAL of the Round Up:  We need to raise $100,000 to leverage state and federal grants to get the next section constructed!
